If you're a Junker and have an RP reason to use it? Hell yes. It really fits the "style" (more "lack of style...") of the Junkers...

As was said before, if you're a Junker and have good roleplay for it, certainly.
Keep in mind it's a highly guarded Junker-only ship, a non-Junker possessing one would find life made very difficult.
