Good day High Command and all officers,

After careful consideration, it has been decided to commission the |KSP|Hatarumo within the ranks of the Special Assault Team and will be stationed within the Kyushu system aboard Battleship Nagasaki.

More additions to this Special Assault Team will be introduced very soon and will be limited to 5 vessels in all and will be used as a stand alone Fleet that can also coordinate with our regular patrol vessels if needed.

Subject:Royalist activity

Good day High Command and all officers,

Within the Kyushu ststem, we have encountered Royalist operatives, this is now a concern to the High Command of the State Police.

With this new addition to unwanted individuals invading our Sovereign space, it has been decided that we will pit additional patrols within the Kyushu system to monitor this activity. High Command also recommends that unless you have other officers present you will not engage these Royalists after three of them were relentless against one of our higher officers yesterday.

If these incursions continue, we will additionally inform the Naval High Command, who can also give us more support and to eradicate any more incursions into our territory.

With immediate effect, until we get our Chimaera squad fully operational, it will be up to our standard officers to make sure these Royalists do not enter any other parts of Kusari space.

Today at 19.00 Sirius Time myself - - Commanding |KSP|SAT-Hatarumo and also |KSP|SAT-Liu.Pen - - Commanded by one of our senior officers continued to lay down fire on the abandoned base which has been declared by Kusari forces to be dismantled.
The base has been hit over a long period of time until we were called back to base for other duties.

This pounding of the base will continue and hopefully we can coordinate with the Kusari Naval Forces next time.

Today at 15.00 Sirius Time myself - - Commanding |KSP|SAT-Liu.Pen - - While on patrol, I found a ship trying to dock on Planet New Tokyo without getting it. I happen to scan ship and check to be a Stork with capacity of 5000 boxes, but its IDentification er Zoner. So I swed him up properly, mentioning the improbity between the ship and the IDentifier. He understood and proceeded to resolve his situation.

I advise that, if again seen in the same situation, the competent authorities should be reported.

In the more way, exare yourself.

I'm Sergeant Fukushima Toru.
As usual, I've been busy training recruits. I work in an office. I really like to fly and monitor the good progress of respect that is due to compliance with the laws in Kusari. That's why I took the time to kill the longing that filled my heart that just thinking almost jumped out of my mouth out of so much anxiety.

I took the liberty of taking a Gunboat out of hangar and threw myself into the beautiful space of Kusari. This vision leapt to my eyes as the imaginary paradise of a perfect sky with no stain of human pride, as well as the arrogance of gain and unrestrained monetary gain.

I was absorbed in my thoughts when my scanners detected a usual character in Neew Tokyo. I immediately ordered my pilot to chart a faster route to intercept the Corsair ship Nina,Rodrigues[TBH].

I'm Sergeant Fukushima Toru.
After a parsek of work at my academy in the main city of Planet Kyushu, I felt the need to fly and unwind my mind in compliance with the laws in Kusari. I took the time to kill the longing to fly and take the opportunity not to give side to anxiety.

I took the liberty of taking a Bomber out of the hangar and launched myself into the beautiful space of Kusari in front of Planet Kyushu.

Absorbed in my thoughts while my senses were alert in the scanner, they detected a Bretonia business character in Tau 29.

I have followed his journey ever since, worried about his safety, in case any malicious one interpels him until he arrived in front of me leaving the trade lane.

I requested your precious time to check your papers. They were in order and I released him.

Good day everyone,

After being unavailable for a long period of time,Fukushima Ayado has returned to duty and will be reinstated to the rank of Superintendant and will be reporting to the Commissioner immediately to start proceedings for more rigorous tactics whilst trying to protect the state of Kusari from the unlawfuls who seem to be making a foothold on the territory.

Once there has been a plan established, we will be making sure our patrols are increased and improved.

Superintendant Fukushima Ayado is now fully returned to duty and is ready to command his officers within the State Police, and continue the good work defending Kusari from smugglers, unlawfuls and other enemies.

Subject: Overhall of Operations within Kusari space

Good day to everyone within the realms of the force.

For far too long now, the unlawfuls and smugglers within Kusari have wandered around and have been able to evade our patrols. Today, this has to stop, and will be the duty of every Keikan within the force to up their game and make sure that every area is covered and investigated.The upper command of the State Police have decided that enough is enough and are preparing strategies to counter all of the threats that Kusari faces.
Threats are basically, any enemy or unlawful who pose a threat to the empire. Each of these threats will be handled in various ways and means. It is time to harness all of our strength and knowledge, along with all of our power as a nation to protect and serve the Kusari people, and deserve to have the best protection from us. Initiating extra patrols will be a main priority aswell as recruiting more officers and also giving out new orders and promotions to existing ones.

One type of unlawful, named the Golden Chrysanthemums, will need to be brought to justice in which ever way possible, and if needed taken into custody if they do not comply with a specific demand from our officers. Taking control of these situations will be a tough endeavour for everyone within the force, but these measures will ensure the protection of the people of Kusari.

Our specialist unit Chimaera will be brought more into the front line and given specific orders, which will be relayed very soon. We have also got our large capital vessels which make up our Special Assault Team (SAT), which will also be prepared for our new strategies, as we put them in place.

We will not tolerate any foreign entities or Capital vessels within our territory, so every single one of our teams and officers should be vigilant and ready for anything.

As of late we have not seen too many incursions from foreign warships, but that could soon change, and our SAT units will be ready to launch. All SAT commanders are to be briefed about their roles and hopefully during this time of operatinal change we will get permission from the empire to increase our larger ships, which will greatly improve the way we can work side by side with the Imperial Navy.

All vessels that enter Kusari will be subject to cargo scans and also demands on where the vessel is going and what route they will be taking. If any vessel does not comply with any officers questions, that officer must use his discretion to apply the law as he sees fit and within the Kusari State Police protocols.

It is with pride and honour that we serve the Imperial empire with forceful and also professional conduct at all times and any officers who do not adhere to this will be served with consequences, but I am sure that all officers within our ranks will be professional at all times.
