You quite sure you activated the framework & components in your settings?
if the directplay isn't activated, you'll get that same message that i did.

OK the problem is solved (somewhat). The admin lifted the block, so i can play now, but the server still think i am that other user, i dont know how or on what it is based, not the ip, not the account id, not the character, i dont know what.
But i wonder, if that other user come back and try to play his character and cheats again, my account will then be blocked, i can only hope he will never come back.
