First off, feedback threads should always link to the faction infopage. Or better yet, just put links to Infopage, Feedback, Recruitment, and maybe MD in the faction account's signature.
The infopage is a bit...sparse? I would like a bit more information on this particular syndicate, there's not much there beyond the mention of their shadowy leader.
I think it could use an outline section to introduce the faction, like "Kage No Ryu is a Hogosha syndicate formed around 830 or whatever, focused on this and that etc".
Why are Bounty Hunters Friendly? Conservative elements in Kusari, Hogosha in particular, despise Bounty Hunters. Foreigners coming in thinking they can do their job better than them.
Other than that, it's promising. Hogosha aren't a hugely popular faction and it would be nice to see people giving them a try.

We do intend on piracy, yes. In Bretonia? Depends on the situation.
I know which line you are talking about, but Hogosha also have an ID line that lets them pirate anywhere outside of Kusari space, so long as they are not pirating Samura.

Really looking forward to see where this is going and already looking forward to the coming interplay ingame and forum RP wise, especially in regards to the decision to see and try how the Hogosha could steer away from the Disco stigmata of "only Samura".
I actually like the decision to keep the initial write up vague and instead expand it further as the faction establishes itself more.
