This is personal opinion only:
rheiland and bretonia got their new ships in their systems , but liberty ship is at sigma 17 - Kurile , and i think that the blood dragon is still at Kyoto. I think that those ships are better to be placed at systems of thier house.
Or maybe the Blood Dragons should keep their ship, but the Kusari navy needs a reply to their ship - a new ship for them. Balance between those two should be very carefull-perhaps the pirate version shall be more agile but with less hull, and the house version - maybe less agile but more hull , or somethin' like that. A new name would be appropriate - somethin' like Chimaera.
And one more thing - the lack of a liberty gunboat. I know that its hard to make a new ship model that looks good and it's like from the game , but I am not sure which mod was it, i think it was the monkeys universe, had a liberty gunboat. And its model was very good and looked just in place ( not that some other models ive seen which look like from another game or even like somethin' very ugly [definetely no ship that is] ).
So Igiss u may check this thing out and if im correct and there is a good model of a lib gunboat , maybe u should ask the Mod makers to give it to 'ya , so u can rebalance it and include it in discovery.

Chimaera idea sounds good. Liberty Gunboat... seems fine to me, but that's not for 4.77.
There will be no better house weapons, but I will persuade Corsairs and Outcasts :) to sell good weapons to freelancers who are not quite friendly with pirates.

Yep ,its the monkies mod alright. I checked it out. Here r some pics of the Liberty gunboat. Notice the similarity of its model with the main body part of a liberty cruser.
I think the model is quite good.

If u like it ill search for the fiies of it and its equipment. I think it will be a fine addition to Discovery's universe.
And again to ask u for the final ver. if u think its appropriate to return the Avenger to liberty space.

BTW I hate my computer... I download 4.77 beta and it says "File not found in central archive" whenever i try to install it.

There were many reports about lags... I don't know what exactly can cause them. unfortunately. Can anyone tell when and where the lag usually occurs, and any ideas why it might happen?

Ive noticed it In the Core house systems, not to bad in the RIM, umm also when theres alot of people on, maybe because its just Beta, OHH, it is worse Near the Factions Home Worlds, where conviently where the new stuff is, maybe that has something to do with it.

Please return to the server now if you can; the 4.77 final will be available soon, but I need to do some more investigations about the lag.
I won't submit the file to lancersreactor.com until tomorrow, to make sure everything is all right with the new version.

Noone has answered my question. Why is it saying "File not found in central archive." when i try installing it, and what do i do about it? Do i try redownloading it?

Yes I guess you should try redownloading it. I wonder what could that error message mean.
