No. Uncharteds are supposed to be UNCHARTED. Omicron-74, Cayman and other were already charted and existed at some point of history, unless retconned. For example, last time I recall Cayman was simply abandoned, not retconned. There might be re-use of assets such as starsphers but not return of these systems at any incarnation. I'm simply not interested in recycling and pretending its something brand new. Already got my share of "but this is just Old Delta" about trying to delyth O Delta and make it playable for everyone, not only for the Core.
Salt aside, the tl;tr is "no".

Randomness is good, just means that when things line up, you get your faction / group / buddies together and go get stuff.
Randomness means it's also fair across everyone.

Oh yeah, let's undo the job of removing pointless and redundant systems by adding them back.
Edit: Groshyr, I know you did something, the game went from 4GiB to 2GiB, good job.
