The best thing to do is to explore the systems of one house completely and then explore one of the two other houses it's not at war with. After exploring the second house you should have found something yourself. If you get tired of that run just explore the next house and you will find at least 2 more profitable runs without getting unlawful. And you can say it was your own work to find them.
But that's just my opinion
