1. Designated Event Systems are Stuttgart, New Berlin, Frankfurt, Sigma-15, Sigma-13, Honshu, New Tokyo.
1.1 If we are loaded with cargo and move by a different path, do we forfeit the bonus on delivery?
2: Farmer's Alliance, Hogosha and Samura can treat Synth Foods and Kishiro ships in Event Systems as Combat Targets.
2.1 ANY SF or Kishiro ships or just SF and Kishiro ships carrying the 2 commodities?
2.2 PVP engagement lines still apply? Combat target is just pew-pew dead.
3. Farmer's Alliance, Hogosha and Samura will receive $100,000 bounty rewards for kills on Synth Foods and Kishiro ships in Event Systems.
3.1 See 2.1 question
3.2 How will the bounty be awarded? Instantly on kill or based on evidence at the end of the event?
4. Synth Foods and Kishiro will receive $50,000 bounty rewards for kills on Farmer's Alliance, Hogosha and Samura ships in Event Systems.
4.1 Any Farmer's Alliance, Hogosha and Samura ships in the Event Systems?

Suggestion:
Since Rheinland is getting the big $ from exports and imports, shouldn't their lawful factions get involved within their ZOI to make sure the transports are not bothered, therefore reward? Factionwise, its a 3v2.

1. I think they use same code for previous events, only matters the buy and sell location
3 & 4 probably same code as above, which counts ID vs ID in those systems, rewards given as bounty
2. the blockade is only for cargo, so might be a good idea not to shoot empty transports , although staff input would be better ?
I think all the action will take place at sell location system since there's alternative routes that people will take for "smuggling "

what if ... a kusari state police/navy officer is making a patrol, and see one samura/hogosha pilot attacking a kishiro transport? can he shoot the hog/samura if they don't leave the transport alone? what repercutions can have these two factions to the police/navy, that are lawfull ... i mean one is and the other is not so much ... for pirating in kusary house space?

This all can spur lawfuls to counter act, both in Rheinland and Kusari. The high profit margin also calls unlawfuls on the place for normal piracy.
As it stands, Samura/FA/Hogosha can treat ALL Synth/Kishiro ships as combat targets in the systems. This is good. The bounties are like the PvE bounties, just against Player ID'd ships.

Fines, a bounty on their head, a nice angry message, getting shot on scene, perhaps even tolerance? See and find out how lawfuls react to it iRP. Same applies for within Rheinland. Sparking controversy is a nice side element this event offers.

The event isn't happening in a bubble, normal RP consequences apply. For example, Samura can under these rules destroy relevant targets in Stuttgart, New Berlin, Frankfurt, Honshu and New Tokyo.
Whether they should do that is another matter altogether, considering lawfuls can and will impose repercussions within House space. Obviously pirates aren't going to care about that, but it'd be prudent for Samura to station their corporate death squads in the Sigmas.

This is something I've been wondering. If I destroy a Kishiro ship, as Samura, in Sigma-13 and 15, will there be any repercussions for it? The last time I've checked houses weren't allowed to impose roleplay consequences of things happening outside their house, does this event have an impact on that?
