I think it's more or less guaranteed, this iteration is the first that actually uses the potential of Intel ID, utilise Earhart, and aren't afraid of doing open shenanigans in foreign house space and outside of Zoi on a bigger scale, instead of just being discount Military that stays in house and just creates a needless playstyle overlap.
