Imagine I have a PoB to supply, make myself core 2/3 or/and Exotic modules + Refinery. I don't have that much time just to upkeep a pob if I have one. And moreover you're talking about supplying it with resourses to make a codes. It was way easier and better to make codeguns pre 5.0.

Also It is way too expensive for tertiary guns. I understand it is expensive to make 2 Heavy guns, because you don't need more than 2 f.e, but we're talking for 12 tertiary guns, which costs like Heavy guns. That's Absurd.
