BS rio grand and 4 other locations... And ye Xenox one is <3 their class 9 weps are good for shields and hull. i have FL one... with tizonas and nuke. be careful with the Nukes, once you get the hang of it you should be fine.. and i didnt fly my for a while:Pdamn i miss it, might log now.

I think that its one heck of a little ship. Might have to try the Shield buster / mine trick....
Makes a good scout / fast interceptor. 1 or 2 more guns / missiles slots on it and it would eclipse the Liberator.

I fell in love with the Arrow when I first landed on Cali Minor (its selling point back then) in the 4.84 beta.
My CNS reporter character used an arrow - it was a perfect fit. If I remember correctly, Nexus said that the Arrow is the first part of a planned series by Legeonation - unfortunately, the rest of the series was never done.
