I want to stress again, the current format is at best just a testbed. I have the RP with K'Hara ongoing and I am not blind to not see how the PoB siege itself goes. It's very likely the details bit will get amended by a significant margin in the next few hours anyhow.

Date has been changed as per Norddorf no longer being a possible source of activity (siege hour has been relocated to 6-8 AM UTC, thus not anymore being an an accessible time for the vast majority of players.)
Additional details will follow in the next hours, as soon as I manage to get a reply from K'Hara on the pending roleplay; the event will either get cancelled or relocated to Frankfurt with different goals in mind.
