"Displacement" of the Research Liner Sol
Relocation of the Research Liner Sol
Starfliers Research Project


Now that the former Starfliers Research Complex has been vacated and donated to the Technocracy of Auxo, the Starfliers Research Liner Sol now takes the place of their base of operations. Being their center point of their operations, the ship is capable of moving from sector to sector, allowing easier mobility and to better take advantage of scientific discoveries. This project is dedicated to the relocation of the Research Liner Sol to allow further study of the rare Anomaly Sites.

"Andragogy" Flight Training Module
A module in which the Starfliers increase their flight ceiling with various ship types

The training module is designed to bring all pilots up to speed when it comes to the internal developments of the Starfliers. This particular instance of the module is to enhance everyone's piloting skills to match the "Regent"-Class Yacht, with possibility of going even further beyond. Amongst the new Liners, various other ship tiers will be included to enable further expansion of the Starfliers. This will be the biggest internal expansion since the loss of the '\S/'RCV-Velorum.

Update the ID description to:
  • The Starfliers are an independent exploratory and research organization, specializing in system cartography and expeditionary excursions within Sirius and Gallia. Originally hailing from the Kepler System in 828 AS, they have rebuilt a home for themselves on the Research Liner Sol. Their largely modest footprint within space has allowed them to stay neutral with most parties. The information they gather is sold to any organization wanting to work with the Starfliers.
Update the ID lines to:
  • Cannot mount weapons.
  • Cannot fulfill bounty contracts.
  • Can fly '\S/'SRV-Sol and ships up to 3,600 cargo space, except Battleships.
Add the following techcells:
  • Spa & Cruise Ships
  • Zoner Ships
  • Rheinland Civilian Ships
  • Liberty Civilian Ships
  • Kusari Civilian Ships
  • Gallia Civilian Ships
  • Bretonia Civilian Ships

"Mirror"-Class Research Suite
A duplicate Exotic Research Suite to more efficiently process resources
Starfliers Research Project


With some time under their belt, the Starfliers are now well-versed in the process of studying the mysterious resources in the uncharted regions of space. The component that holds them back from studying these samples is that there's only one schematic for the laboratory. This suite occupies a substantial amount of power from the station's core, preventing a second one from being installed. With the Starflier's new "Observatory"-Class Scientific Development Platform, efforts are being made to allow a team to do the same work in another wing of the Sol.

"Advent" of the Research Liner Sol
The arrival of the Research Liner Sol into the Tau-23 System
Starfliers Research Project


Departing from Inverness, transiting through to Rheinland and then to the Taus - the Research Liner Sol and the rest of the Starfliers research fleet now have setup operations within their new home system. Losing cargo pods and replaceable commodities along the way, the teams band together to restore the Sol back to 100% functionality.
