Dear Ms. Tost,

I have received confirmation that the training was completed successfully without any issues. This means your employees are now certified to operate and maintain the equipment. The necessary equipment, access codes, and maintenance manuals have been transferred to your employees. This also includes all future software upgrades for this equipment.

Your employees should now be able to fully maintain and operate these vessels. The certification is valid for a lifetime, when any major software updates or upgrades are made, we advise following a short course to get up to speed with the changes.

May your employees have many safe hours with the vessels, and if any issues arise, feel free to contact us.

Guten tag, Direktor Milligen

We just got confirmation that our employees are on the way back. We appreciate the cooperation DSE has shown us.

It's most generous of you to offer us future software updates, we will surely find this useful in the future. Now that we'll be able to extract the best of these ships, we're sure to put them to hard work.

We will send you a package of gratitude, it should arrive at Susquehanna Station next week.
