Junker/LWB relations? - farmerman - 05-25-2009
Given the LWB's situation and all, they're a lot friendlier to the Junkers than a lot of other unlawful groups. They get the majority of their supplies from the Junkers and Hessians, the former being preferred for cheaper prices, but it's also a lot more dangerous to acquire (Vogtland is like 20 seconds away, after all). As was said, they also are said to purchase information from the Junkers. With the war and all, I think this would increase even further.
The Junkers also seem like they'd like the LWB more than the other purely Rheinlandic unlawfuls. The Bundschuh seem to disagree with them politically while the Hessians are able to support themselves much better (which is worse for business).
Player faction wise, the LWB and the Junkers Congress do plenty of business together, with the LWB considering them quite friendly.

From what I can gather from baserumours (good old Soren von Lowe) the supplies the LWB get from the Hessians, the Hessians got from the Junkers anyway. I think there's a positive rep-link too? And playerfaction wise yeah, I can't speak for all the LWBs, but I'm fairly sure we don't pirate junkers.
That's me as my LWB.
As my junker I'm like "who are the LWB?" Nothing against them, obviously you want to be everyone's friend but there just isn't that much going on there I suppose, beyond trading of info and the standard supply buying.
But yeah, on the whole, happy neutral. You can dock on each other's bases and I can't see them ever shooting each other. I think LWB can use Junker gear too. Obviously this would never happen because barragers are the worst guns in the game, but the sentiment exists.
Relations-wise, I think LWB bought a CSF from the Junkers a while ago, but it got switched to a Behemoth this week.

Well, its about as much Rheinland space as Omega 7 or 11.

Yeah there is, but it's not Rheinland. It's pretty close to it (no corsair/zoner/IMG bases, BH base, RM battleship, old RM base that was destroyed) but it's let down by JH-only access, the fact it's obviously not a Rheinland system, and its position (two jumps from Gamma)
