Dear Captain, we are unable to manufacture the Concussion device. The technology is beyond our technical capabilities. According to our data, these devices can be found on nomad ships in the distant Omicron systems. We could try to obtain them by conducting a special sabotage operation, but unfortunately, we do not have the manpower available. We can manufacture the Battleship Mass Driver. If you do not change your mind, we will put you on the waiting list. All of our production capacity is currently occupied. It will take us about 5 days to free up production.
