We are making the following changes:

1. Added a French version of the rules interpretation, out of deep respect for the Gallia playerbase.
   
2. Our responce to @rwx : Your proposal has been reviewed and rejected. There's already a policy prohibiting docking in principle, regardless of the distance at which the docking occurs. If you're involved in PvP, the battle is only considered over after all your opponents have died.
