Come to Minor when you see that there is someone there and I am sure that people will help with missions.Godess are good for start,but with 4,5 easy missions you can buy better ones.
Actually we are helping with reputation almost every new recruit who wants to join Order because there is no other fast way of getting Order IFF:)

I can confirm the folks in Minor are extremely helpful to new Order recruits. They love doing missions, especially if it's to help a fellow recruit. At least this has been my recent experience.
On that note, I would say 99% of people on this server are willing to help each other out regardless of affiliation in the proper context -- Discovery community rocks!

I'm sure any Order| playes are more than willing to help you. Maybe even get weapons for you (as in buy them and you pay them back obviously). If not, then I suggest doing corsair missions until you can take Order missions.
