I can play in my newly created account in discovery 4.85 but my old accounts are banned without any sanction reports as i have checked 45 days sanction reports think may be some misunderstanding because i strictly follow all rules and always try to keep interaction at minimum level.
may be the deletion of the character is for absenteeism of mine greater than 30 days
