and for getting an ID that allows a bigger transport, you will need a corparation ID.

You need a different ID, When I got a big cargo ship I found an ID that had no limitation on cargo and then tried to change my alignment to that faction on the ID. I am stiil trying to fix my rep though.

Just got through chasing a "gent" out of O-74, with the help of ZTC's Burns..
Junker IFF'd Heavy Tanker.. I didn't scan his existing ID, darn it...
But apparently this "gent" had been told if he wanted to "smuggle", he should get a Zoner Guard ID. Hopefully it wasn't another Zoner who shared this with him.
Really.. how hard is it to ask questions, thereby saving yourself lots of grief and possible sanctions..? Get the appropriate "Rep" and ID first, then buy that monster trader.
