If you are in USA or Europe DONT use bittorrent. They can track you through the torrent log. (i've heard about a lot of legal problems there involving downloads).
Emule is untraceable.
Instead use emule. (I can PM you the right Elink, it's not ilegal because im not sending you the game. only a link)
In my country, at least, downloading a game, music or movie is legal IF you dont sell it or rent it. :cool:

Unauthorised copying games is illegal everywhere. However amount of attention that you'll finally get from your ISP and enforcement agencies is very different depending on the country. In the country where I live no one cares. In US it's different as far as I know.
