You get a starflyer, and buy a cargo pod for its class 1 sheild! Looks exactly Like a Garbage Can. I do know that the Junker system, Puerto Rico, is somewhere in Texas, but I cannot find the damn place! I looked everywhere for a jumphole! its really agrivating.....
I think eventually I might buy it, but Only if I can get someone to mod it for free and If I can Name the System Helghan and then planet Helghast and the station Vekta. They I'd be happy. Oh and Fillied up with rocks like in the badlands.
