You can get GIMP which is free online.. Just google it, I've never used it though so I don't know if it's any good..

Paint? Holy crap... Thats awesome man, I tried to make a sig with paint once. It looked like crap.
These are the sigs I made with Photoshop. I ditched making sigs not a long time ago, but i'm thinking of returning to it. And maybe opening my own Signature Request thread here in Discovery.

@Gezza, gimp is basically photoshop and its free. You have all the funcitions of photoshop and more. Its quite good and Im gonna DL it sometime for this comp (I have Coral *Barf* on my upstairs). Coral really good, but its NOT user Friendly, and you have to pay for it.
