A very good compromise. Anyhow i believe a vote should be in order before we can even consider rescaling it. Which i shal soon get going.

it honestly needs more than a rescale, the system itself has some sillyness about it, Belfast should be a BMM base (mollys have mull quite close to it, bit greedy?), and debatably Cape wraith shouldnt even exist, maybe moving it to Coronado or inverness.

its one of a string of systems that ignore common sense, apart from the obvious size issues.

To be honest, although yeah newcastle does have a few problems, it's among the few nonvanilla systems I like beyond aesthetically. It has some nice things going on. Yeah I think the nomad city, belfast and cape wrath (especially this one) are silly and shouldn't be there, but it has a solid framework to be a system that could actually fit in to Bretonia without sticking out like a sore thumb. It just needs to not be a dead end (manchester gate plox) and needs to be much less huge, and needs much less than 4 unlawful bases.

A while back, Katyn proposed a change to newcastle, where it would be split into two systems, as part of a brainstorm on what could be done to give bretonia a bit of developmental love.

Peruse at you're lesure.

If im corect, I belive Newcastle is the largest in the mod, with Texas and Omega-47 close behind. Unselie also has a good idea, but what would the other system be called?

To fit with the Bretonian-system-fail-naming, I guess "Southend-on-Sea"?

I think Cape Wrath is silly and shouldn't be there, but I guess the nomad city can stay if you take Jinx's idea of pushing all the tradelane parts of the system together and moving the nomad stuff way out to one side.

If Carlisle is getting a docking ring as the infocard would indicate, that would be a good time to clean up shop?
Carlisle should really, really get its docking ring by the enxt update, methinks. Cryer is already well overdue on its promise to wipe out the horrible flesh-eating bacteria. I'm also willing to agree on the statement that the civilized portion of Newcastle should be made smaller while keeping the Nomad city way off. Also, Belfast should really become a BMM base again. Heck, it's even connected to the lanes. At the very least, replace the tradelane to it with a destroyed lane.

I'm inclined to agree with Unselie and Ktayn on this matter. Splitting it in half and making them non-lawful-deadends would be good.

I'm not sure why all the Jumphole locations were jiggered, as the plutonium trade pretty much died with the new Mod. The Chester and Inverness holes seemed just ducky where they were..

The new hole from Dundee is an added bonus, but really, one could spend days in there, even on the lanes, and not see another solitary soul.

There must be some marketing geniuses out there who could take on the task.. After all, six Jimmie Dean biscuits now fit in the same box that comfortably used to hold eight.. Hire those blokes!
