Here's my favorite:
Pirate transport
9xTransport type 3 or 4
Universal Armor MK VIII
TCD and Enh.Countermeasure
Works like a charm.
It can take down a Cap VIII Royal Liner and it carry the cargo away.
Although it's pretty useless against other non-transports.

Ah I love my gunship...well the set up with it is great, well I thinkso atleast
The Temples (I've been really inactive on her lately though)
Outcast Gunship
1 Pulse Cannon (inside the hull, spam at gunships and transports)
1 Basic Missile (Bottom Mount...aft fire capable)
1 Cerb (Inside the hull....Only activate for other gunships and transports)
2 Solaris (on the aft facing slots)
3 Outcast basic (Top and bottom mounts)
this is a very energy effective set up, the Solaris and the missile turret can get any fighters off of your tail...just hit the rear view button and let it rip... Solaris weapons have a very fast turn rate, so once you hit the rear view they instantly lock on... not like normal turrets which can take 2 seconds...thats two seconds of not shooting a target thats shooting back
the three forward facing OC turrets can fire constantly and provide decent firepower...couple that with the cerb and you can rain constant fire on another ship with no energy loss...and the pulse cannon will make short work of their shields
Using just basic type 8 armor, I outgun a 2 Razor, 2 Pulse, 2 Cerb, 2 Missile OC boat, with high cap armor, just because I am so so so much more energy effective than him...
If I could ever find a use for the Razor I would use it, it looks so cool

bretonian gunboat.
1 forward gun.
6 primary guns.
1 missle turret.

I don't know why more people wouldn't use this. Cheaper than equipping a gunboat with an Massive Cap armor so you don't get smoked when some crazy mob of ships show up, has 2 torps AND a CD, plus 4 sammaels, sammaels are just deadly.
The thing is fat. The ONLY downside.

My gunboat is set to rape bombers and assist on caps im just getting the weapons grouping tweaked for Boat vs Boat But over all i just had alot of credits and i dont go cheap.
Im actually in the proccess of trading for my second Gunboat cept my lane hacker will use a cap 8 instead of 7.

You see i don't pirate much ... and if i pirate i stick with groups. And i hate gunboats that pirate Starfliers in Penn. Well not Starfliers but yeah asking from Camara 1mil credits ... i think thats too much ...
