Pardon the two-part transmission. I am also choosing to acknowledge the presence of 'DoomBringer' and this Cartel who as of late are causing issue.
The gunship 'DoomBringer' will be accosted if he believes he can base out of our holdings in any Liberty system. The Cartel have threatened the Congress indirectly on more than one occasion through the band of "Deaths|" Freelancers. This is particularly amusing as the 'Deaths.Warehouse' appears to be operating a weapon shop in the vicinity of Rochester.
This link between the two parties is being investigated as a matter of intrigue.
We hope this clears matters up.
