If they post in the Faction Creation Requests, you, and the whole community, will be able to say why they should or should not have official status, give feedback, etc. etc.
I might not like them myself, and you can be sure I'll point out all good and bad sides of them I can if they make the attempt at officiality, I will, as everyone else, give my opinion when it's asked and needed.
Right now, there's nothing saying they will try to go official.
This what you made here, reeks of a trial by forum, and says a few not so good things about you.

I am taking this as a tacit request to cut this short.
I would point out that there are several Factions awaiting approval on official status, with excellent and well-thought proposals, who have been waiting perhaps a month.
As stated here, IF they submit Faction Request, you will no doubt have plenty of time to respond.
