Have you tried dodging Gunboat missiles lately? That is near [though not entirely, since, once in a blue moon, I succeed] impossible, especially in a bomber. Even my Morph/Libby can't dodge those missiles no matter what it does.
I fight missile spammers in my LPI all the time. I've since gotten used to fighting to them, and try to do my best to eliminate them as quickly as possible, but to be frank, missile spam, in my opinion, is something that I inevitably find annoying. Ye can't accuse me of being afraid of death, as I die every day in at least two characters, so no trying, or I'll have Kerry label you with a 50 million credit fine. :D
Missiles though is the only thing I really have any complaint about. Pulses and Razors are fine in my opinion, and I don't consider them spam. They're made to do that, and, at the least, require some skill to use.
I've fought plenty of gunboats that don't use missiles, and lost to them at that, but I've also killed a few. The biggest annoyance that comes out of fighting missile-armed gunboats is the damage it does to your ship and how quickly it does it. In one fight I lost all but my SNAC and CM before I was even shot down.
If missiles do one thing, they prevent people from docking and/or deal immense loss of armament and/or equipment in the case that they do dock, even if said person kills the foe who uses them.
In short, I hate missile spam, but I fight those who do it anyway. You can continue firing missiles at me...I'll still SNAC you as hard as I do all the other misbehaving criminals. :)
Maybe I should try it for a change. See how it feels myself...

LMAO, that guy says that cuz he is about to get pwn by your setup.
just use what ever the setup you like and feel comfortable with.
for ex.: alot ppl like use mortars and heavy mortars on their BS and saying how good they are, but i only use regular turrets instead, just cuz i think it works better for myself and that setup is good IMO.
of course, having some suggestions or recommendations is not a bad thing either, taking them or not it's up to you anyway.

Dont worry about that and use what fits your style of flying that thing and what fits your ship and ID.
Also don't let you getting dragged into the OORP // things.
Reply in RP somehow and let them be.
For my part, I hate every unnecessary OORP line, especialy in System or local chat. Kills so many cool RP encounters.

Dont listen to the whiners , nuff said. You cant imagine how many people whined when I pirated in a Zoner GB with 2 Pulses and 2 Razors ( oh and 2 Nukes). Just use whatever you feel most comfortable with. Missiles are easy as hell to dodge anyways.

I think the only thing that should be called as spamming is missile spaming aka 2 front firing gb missiles or transforming fighters into missile platforms (Like 6 missiles OMG spam).
The pulse, Razor thing is a very good outfit and works pretty well. Either is VS lolboats or generic anti-fighter useage. Do not try it against real GB pilots in real GBs, you will get pwned in most cases, the BH GS is just not meant for that. Still, like I said before, missile spamming lolboats (usually OC GS) will not be a problem for someone that has a little bit of skill.
For the thing: he escape into alska. Make me thinks of someone (belongs to a lolpirate player group that gangs up in lolboats) that I fough today, it was me in my GS with two bombers vs him and an other guy. The other guy (same group) fled as soon as he could. Then, the lolship, seeing he couldn't flee due to our massive CD useage (he engage CD and the three of us shoot him), landed on a police station. After that, he said we where cowards chasing him 3 vs 1, come on.
