Oh, I saw that bad too.
First when I was killed by npc, I saw : Death : I was put out of action by Zero. I was in O5 and he was in NY.
Second I was when I kill BS in duel, chat writethat he was put out of action by somebody from Delta (But I kill him in Gamma)

@Gloucester: If that happens, screenshot the kill, screenshot your system then screenshot the system of the guy who got the kill. Make up something in your post about scanner bugs. Should be fine.

this happened to me a few days ago. me and another hunter killed a tridente in california, and an OPG got the credit.
