Where, exactly, are you getting the information that Bretonia was invading Kusari?
Bretonia claimed Tau, and Kusari jumped down its throat.

Well, perhaps Bretonia Isn't invading Kasari as of now . . . but given the right conditions, would they not take the opportunity? . . . That is why, (I think) a Blood Dragon would fight along his countryman, even though it may be his enemy, to save his overall homeland . . .

I was actually under the impression that they are at war because Bretonia claimed tau 31, which is Kusari space... but then again, I need to check up on that again.

Aye, if Bretonia were invading Kusari, I'd see Dragons hostile to the invaders, but not to defend their countrymen, but to defend what they consider their birthright, etc.
I cannot see the BD fighting alongside the Emporer's KNF, or samura's AFA, against Bretoina, unless using a great many hypotheticals. In no way would the BD be actively hostile to Bretonia, and actively allied with their anscetral enemies, as those enemies counquered a foriegn land.

Like, All of it. Before the war, Tau 31 was reasonably solidly Bretonia space, where it wasn't IMG or unclaimed. The planet was very much Bretonian.
Last year, in RP, Kusari -conquered- Tau 31. This year they moved into Leeds. This implies that Tau 31 is actually Bretonian, or Kusari Occupied, space.

Obviously, Kusari is the first priority.
But lets just say that there are privateers in Kusari... pirating... and you are a Blood Dragon. What would be your approach to them?
Alternativley, if you saw BAF in the taus... etc etc.
Im not saying that the Blood Dragons should ally with the Kusari Empire in any way, I'm just asking if they should be hostile.

I'd argue that Privateers are doing exactly the same thing as Blood dragons: Screwing with Samura's powerbase. Goals might not be the same, but the practice is the same. Why should they fight?

Very true that the Blood Dragons hate the empire, but I do believe the BD wants to win the "Hearts and Minds" of the Kusari people . . .
And, for this reason, I believe the Blood Dragons would fight along side of anyone to accomplish this goal . . .
. . . as long as it is to their benefit . . .
