play a pirate, come to NY, taunt a cap, and watch the re-inforcements roll out to hunt you. that way, you'll see every ship you thought is underused:P
ive seen like 10 different lib cruisers so far, indies (not counting my LN one, or the integrity)

I also have only found only one person using the Virage, although I could be wrong.
