Why stronger than BAF? They are both quite small groups of pirates, while BAF is whole army of Bretonia with Battleships and other fun stuff

Well, I dont think they're metagamers now... Now they're just bloodthirsty pirates that are now getting all of the lolzoners that have all that pent up PvP anger drawn at them, Which is very dangerous as the QCP fleet that entered Omega 49 would know. If they arent linked to bretonia, outlawed from all their bases, why do they keep coming back with Challengers and Bretonia GB's?

@Camtheman Just because the Crown claims no ties doesn't mean the various officers among the Admiralty, or the BAF in general, don't support them. Plus, they can fix their ships. (And, if I'm not mistaken, they aren't getting any new Bret ships at this point.)
