But they all have their own fighters that they need guns for, even if they didn't build them themselfs its entirely possible they'd contract someone to build them for them.
EDIT: Five seconds of reading rumours at Detroit munitions have confirmed my suspicions, Ageira makes side arms, I can't find any reference to them making ship guns.

The House weapons such as vengeances, adv. splitters etc say the name of their respective House, not the House authorities. I think it's perfectly fine for House Corps to use their House weapons.

So, more or less every corporation would have a couple levels of gun and transport turret?
Like "BMM gun class 1-X" or "BMM small transport turret" only buy-able with proper rep that have some mild advantage over the new specific Bretonian civilian guns?
That would mean a full line of guns and turrets civilian style for each house, plus a basic line of mid-level guns and turrets, with a slight advantage over their counterparts in the civ lines, for any corporation major enough to afford them....

And similar descriptions for corporation guns.
Perhaps each house could use one weapon type for its civ/corp guns? (IE Liberty uses laser, Bretonia particle or something like that)
That way we would have a fair number of choices for Freelancers and mercs in terms of gun type.
Assuming no silly restrictions get put on the civ lines. They are civilian guns for crying out loud, anyone with the money and rep to go into Bretonia to an equipment dealer could buy theirs and ditto for any house.
So It should be perfectly legal to see a Freelancer with a combo of Zoner, basic Civ, Liberty Civ, and Bretonian Civ guns if he isn't an outlaw in Liberty or Bretonia.

well, If it is the exact same type as a Standard Military weapon, Most freelancers would use that. It could be say, a failed military prototype Made by the Navy, Of a diffrent type than standard weapons. But thats all my only problem

Just so everyone knows, if there were to be house civi guns, in Kusari, they would be made by Kishiro not Samura.
Back on topic however, i'd say that house civi guns for each of the houses would be very good, alongside the generic civi guns. It would make for a better atmosphere, seeing as Daumann NPCs are using civi guns apparently made by Ageira, which imo doesnt make much sense, seeing as Daumann seem to be the premier personal weapon producers in sirius, why wouldnt they make their own space weapon line? Anyway, im sure it would help a lot, especially in Rheinland.

If they just make a civy gun of each type, Some corps would prefer certain guns. THat simple. WOuldnt need BMM guns and such.

I mean, going on a house by house baisis, like you would have bretonian civi guns, kusari civi guns, liberty civi guns and rheinland civi guns. All different and manufactured by a corportaion from the respective house.
