Does the criminal id still exists?
Suggestion - swap out current id and replace with criminal id.
Fix rep to be hostile to the factions that have exiled them (and/or openly declared as enemies).
Of course this requires ADMIN approval .

I believe you have exausted the opportunities to talk with the RA.
If you didn't, you should talk with them to solve this out, things don't have to be always done by admins, and putting them in the possition of taking hard tasks, as fixing someone's Rep, or changing their IDs.
I could kill as many as Argentinians as I want, and doing that, I'm still being an Argentinian. My ID shows who I'm.
The docking thing should be solved talking with the RA members, and applying to their logical.
And if any of the RA members are here reading this, please don't act like powerplaying morons (not saying you are, but the people who abuse of loopholes are), if you are attaking the whole Outcasts factions, you know you shouldn't be docking at their bases.

I think most of you know me as someone to resort involving a force I do not trust or control (admins) the last thing to do.
You must understand that I have done all things I can do in this case, exception being the acceptance of their odd ways.
If I am to take this to the Admins desk, then believe me to have tried everything else before doing so. After all, it is such a bother for me and them.

To be honest, I think you should just ignore these lolwutters. By now, the [RA] should be completely destroyed in terms of RP, the outcasts and been deploying numerous forces against them anyways. Just pretend their not there, and if they engage you, just take 'em on. In fact, stay away from them actually...they engage everyone on sight...
