Switching weapon groups - Taffic - 09-02-2009 Another tip is to assign a weapon group (e.g. Inferno or CD) to the Mouse wheel button for one shot usages. Means you can continue to fire your main weapon load & add some variety at choice times. If a gun gets lost, it's just a lost gun. Doesn't affect you in any other way. Just use 1 button for your mines, 1 button for your missiles (if you have any), one button for your SNAC or mini razor, and the right mouse button to fire your guns. To fire them you have to press a number, or have them selected in your weapon group. If you lose a gun, you'll be firing 8 with your mouse button, but SNAC will no longer be 8, it will be 7.
