During my last fight, I tried to retreat. I politely asked those BAFs (as politely as one can during a fight *smiles* ) , but it was denied, so I blew up. Damn some of these cold killers!

I don't like to travel in escape pod, these things are so small, ugly and not comfy at all *sighs*. And it takes sooo long time to get in that where I want to.

Exactly. Because, at the point you'd think about running, there's probably a GB or two there with CD and missile spam already. At least the LABCs don't have CDs, because they're always the first on the scene.

LABC's do have CDS but the reason nobody runs is because people dont let you theres to many people that just want a blue message(aka pvp whores) personally the 4 hour rule should be cut in half but it wont so i just roleplay limping back to base

If it was a fair duel I would not want to cheat my opponent his well deserved blue thingie. So I would stay and die for his amusement.
If there is something fishy about it like his friends who pop up, I would not only run but also hug a station or gate or suicide in sun or planet atmosphere to show what I think about this.
In group fights I always run, since I do not use explosives much and like to sell all the stuff I have looted.
