WE NEED MORE RHEINLAND VILLANS, its boring to shoot NPC with a Phantom.

The combats between Rheinland lawfuls and the Hessians are even in 90% of the cases. And I talk about the numbers.
And I do not think that the RFP exists in order to fight the Hessians in the first case. The Hessians are a militia and therefore they need to be encountered appropriately: with the military.
The RFP should stay with scanning traders and persecuting easier targets, like the VF or the LWB, which are 'only' criminals.
If we could manage to have at least one RFP online, when like five of us RM are active, it would be okay. They can handle the paperworks and escort criminals to Vierlande.

I got an idea. Put me back in command and I'll fix everything. Notice how the activity dropped right after Arky kicked me out for a role-play post I made asking for more power. We agreed to share it and he took it, and he killed it. Mostly.

I have a question regarding the RFP... I read over your faction description again and only found the Phantom as your available vessels.

Phantoms are for starting officers. after 1 promotion RFP-ers can get a Mjolnir as well.
How the hell are we supposed to stop loltraders in huge tradeships with a Phantom otherwise?:P

The RFP needs to recieve a little overhaul. Maybe copy the Rheinland laws out of the RM faction post or from our forum and take the Taxing overview as well.
Also use the Rheinland criminal record list.
Just tell me when you try to revitalize the RFP again, but in addition we need to get the LWB bundschuhs and Unioners more active inside Rheinland.
As long as the smaller unlawfull groups are not present as well, the only real job of the RFP is to check the traders.......and with lots of time, you end up taxing a lot.
Also bad, since the traders should recieve the tax here and then, not every time they enter rheinland.
