I was browsing through who485's files and saw this.
A multiplayer scripted event. It certainly would open up new avenues if could be duplicated in Disco.

Well it seems there are used some more advanced effects then just bloom... almost looks like HDR. And those trails, explosions...mmm... Me is wanting dis!!!11 Unless there is some postprocess done on the video itself, that would be shame...

looks nice. he even got the LNS capspam down pat. he knows his stuff.
hm, apart from the star wars laser sounds, the effects look awesome. especially the trails left by each ship, and the fast firing lasers.

After watching all these vids I definitely think Disco need a graphics upgrade. Better engine/thruster trails for a start, like the one in the multiplayer scipted event.

If that HUGE ship wasn't quite so big, like it has the middle 2/3 chopped out of it, it could be another base. As a ship, no. We don't need the barge's bigger brother. Supertankers, hell no, not unless all commodities were reduced to really, really small profits.
