For one, Ageira employees tie to the Hackers. Perhaps even some of VR are Hackers? Who knows, its an on-going RP development.
There is quite a lot of overlap between Hackers and Outcasts. They both are hooked on Cardamine, they both have interests in Liberty, and they both have a very strong alliance with eachother. We are somewhere inbetween. There will be even more overlap.
We are Liberty based. Not Malta/Cali/Ruiz/Otherwise based.

I haven't had many encounters with VR (same applies to most people anymore), but every one of them has been positive. They've got my approval.
