Well I am using 3sb and 3hb, snac, screamer mine, tcd and enh.counter...
Just looking for better setup if there is one...
I know how to dodge and aim with snac....of course its about player ability more than weapons set

No need to look further then. You are pretty set with 3xEMP and 3xCannon...
Only thing you can look into is replacing TCD with Sunslayer if you like. But if you are good with the TCD then keep it.

Think the Sunslayer can't be equipped on a bomber anymore.. but I could be mistaken.

Well maybe I could equip Nova Torpedo...but it eats alot energy...but of course its great against any capital ship..and has 4K range if I am not mistaken...

Braghest is good as pirate bomber i guess.
and i checked Fafnir it has largest core then all bombers ... never used it or fought anyone with it but it should be good against gunboats i guess ( Rhienland bomber so its a bit limited)
First off, it's Barghest. Second off, if you're not a Rogue, Molly, or have a pretty darn good reason for having it that the LR- has approved, you're going to get it shot out from under you.
Also, I find that sticking to one or the other is better. I use the breakers myself.

It's not about the weapons, it's abut the bomber. Everyone knows it's best to put two EMPs and two Energy Cannons on each gun slot.
As for the torps, it's gotta be a SNAC and a TCD.

For smaller capital ships, you want all Energy, SN, and TCD. For large caps, you want all EMP, SN, and Nova.
But it doesn't matter, whatever you have. Just DODGE LIKE A MADMAN!

Just to point out - if you're going against large caps, it doesn't matter what guns you use. If you're in a position to use them, you're an idiot asking to be killed. If you're within 900m of a battleship, you're going to be a flak-snack. I'd reccomend the tactics of old; hang at 1-2K and snipe with your SNAC.
For gunboats, I'd assume a good tactic would be for a full EMP loadout. One SNAC to gunboat shields generally lowers them to a tiny annoying sliver, so take that out and you're free to crack away at the hull. Alternately, chew the shields with just the guns to conserve energy, and immediately unleash some antimatter on his hull (note: only works with VHBs like the Waran, Barghest).
