' Wrote:At the risk of annoying Virus.... when attaching an external pic, is there any way to make it show a thumb rather than the whole thing?

Reasons I'm asking: 1) Sometimes pics are large and throw out the browser; 2) Any captions and notes I put by the pics are overwhelmed.

Thx!

How to do it:

Get the link of your picture:

http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/dbo...TNOTrident1.jpg

Click "add picture" and put the URL of your picture there.

Code:
[img]http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/dboy1612/TNOTrident1.jpg[/img]

Add "th_" to the name of the picture file

Code:
[img]http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/dboy1612/th_TNOTrident1.jpg[/img]

Highlight the code and click hyperlink, and put the link to your picture.

Code:
[url=http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/dboy1612/TNOTrident1.jpg][img]http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j130/dboy1612/th_TNOTrident1.jpg[/img][/url]

or you can use 64digits.com, where there is unlimited upload space. It takes forever for files however so I just use filefront for files and 64digits for pictures
