Use this program to check the PC temperature Speedfan.
I use it to monitor temperatures, and control fan speeds and processor clock (i have an nforce 2 chipset, which allows variating the clock frecuency dinamically :) )...
The temperature for an athlon XP 3000+ should not exeed 60C. 85C is the maximum tolerated by the die, but 60C is the maximum safe. Normal operating temperature for this processor is arround 35-45C (mine is on this range), depending on room temp...

edit1: server is down! i went on and played a little and after 10 minutes i got thrown off. then i connected again and everything was fine. but after 5 minutes it did it again. and now i cant connect again.

The server has been very laggy for a while and there was 4 people on. Then it chrased and everyone got kicked off and dissapeared from the list but came back about 2 mins later.
