Strange but the symptom sounds too much similar to that Sasser virus when XP first came out... Even though they had it patched in SP's... never trust Microsoft.

I always had my Antivir running. It was always working and I didnt have any Virus on the PC.

I just hope I can restore my Freelancer Accounts and my Photoshop Brushes.

I'm a PC Tech who has dealt with a virus that mimics BSOD's on systems running SP3.
Technically it's a hijacked screen saver that was made by Sysinternals. so the effected system wasn't really BSOD and restarting, it was just in "a looping screen saver" that didn't respond to mouse. if it is that, then you should be able to "stop the BSOD's" by pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL, (that would stop the screen saver, unless it's evolved since I last saw it)

if however it is a BSOD, and if you can use your system at least somewhat before it BSODs, you can turn off "auto restart" so it the error hangs around enough to read the error.

(System properties) -> (Advanced Tab) -> (startup and recovery "settings") -> (remove "Automatically restart" check box)

*Edit: I have seen that virus on systems with fully functional and running AV programs. Some of them just get in anyway :(

Now:

I tried the Back to Good etc. it didnt work.

Then I tried the Debugmode. I am now on me Desktop, but it somehow froze. It's now stuck. Cant do anything. But it did for a few moments.

Making small steps. Maybe I can save files tomorrow. I have some kinda Disk where you can save files already. It's just too late now.

I'll hopefully can save Freelancer Accounts.

Ah yeah. And it wasnt a repeating Screensaver.

Do you have more than one drives? Like C, D?

If yes, you can save your files in Dos Recovery Mode of Windows CD.

You ll use the repair console and the dos commands to copy paste each file to the other drive. This way, you can save all your files. However, be advised, if this is a virus, you have the chance to carry the virus to D as well.

most of the time at work we start in safe mode and run portable versions of avg on the systems. Some times it works. best thing to do is recover your data and reformat. Only way to be sure.

Have you tried dropping the OS install discin and doing a repair? Note this is not the first repair option that comes up (at least with XP 2K). Cant hurt

IMPORTANT NOTE: Backup your accounts.

Also yeah ^^, have you tried restoring windows to back before you installed the program? Or done a startup repair?
