Just one thing, i believe we need to think about the ranks.
We have so many Captains that it might look strange.

Please could we start a discussion about the ingame ranks soon? For now we will post every member with old rank. I mean we are not some "Capwhores", and we certainly dont want to look like it.

This is Francis Torvul of the Northern Council. The pilots I used to have under my command have either transferred to other sectors or are otherwise MIA. The two ships left under my command now are my own personal Basilisk and the Dunkerque battleship which has been stationed at the Courville Wreck to watch over the Burgundy Jumpgate and given to it's second-in-command.

That said, I am looking to transfer to the main forces of le Conseil without concern for the new rank i'll no doubt be given.
Also, I believe Fleur Dupont already has my S.K.Y.P.E. Identification.

Bonjour Francis Torvl,

im glad that you have come and seem to be ready to join the new Council gouvernment that will finally bring order and unity to our wonderfull and ambitious country.

And be assured we can use pilots of your skill and experience.

However, we cannot afford to have so many battleships in active duty as we seem to have at the moment.
So its entirely possible, that some of them will have to remain in drydock till we absolutely need to mobilise them.

And thank you for your understanding about the ranks. Its all in discussion right now.
It will be a major fleet and rank reform in the end.
