On a serious note, you could donate to get Macdeath a Destroyer. Or you could just make another character to store the cash on like everyone else has suggested.

So it seems, well I'll just buy some big ship and RP that I suppose. Pity about the strict regulations on caps but, them's the breaks I guess. Can't have new people running around Sirius blowing stuff up willy nilly.

Seriously, though, just make a bank character. I did it, and it's good to have all of my credits and equipment in one convenient place for all of my other characters to access. But then you only have the one character anyway, so that convenience probably doesn't apply to you.
You could also come up with all sorts of interesting ways to donate your money, or spend it in RP with other characters, and do this until you're down to about, say, 1.5 billion. Then start trading again, if you really want to.
