They need to be reasonable people, with a minimum roleplay sense, nothing too fancy. And really, your evidence means diddly poo to me, after seeing some of the AU members' behavior, both in RP and out of it. You need to work on it more, and then talk about it. Yet, we can't disregard the good examples set by people and let them be shadowed by a few people's misbehaviour or lack of initiate in roleplay and attitude.
