I have never considered my faction as supposed to be entirely formed of elite roleplayers. It has managed to show quite good examples upto date already though. I could easily provide any sort of evidence for who claims the opposite.

They don't need to be extraordinary roleplayers. They need to be reasonable people, with a minimum roleplay sense, nothing too fancy. And really, your evidence means diddly poo to me, after seeing some of the AU members' behavior, both in RP and out of it. You need to work on it more, and then talk about it. Just a piece of advice from me.

Such advice is always welcome and we have the faction feedback thread for a reason. Yet, we can't disregard the good examples set by people and let them be shadowed by a few people's misbehaviour or lack of initiate in roleplay and attitude.

Of course, be kind with newbies.
Using the private chat to guide them whatever the char you are on is a pretty good thing to do.
And dont forget the best way for someone to become addicted to RP is to be exposed to good RP.
