Presumably admins will judge in individual cases whether or not there is sufficient justification for the move.
Might I ask if there is a simple facility such as a forum thread where such requests can be easily posted? Or is there a particular admin we should PM in such cases? (Or, heaven forbid, a secure flhook command? Not that that is probably workable).

That is the shortest spiel I have seen regarding a rule or explanation for it.
Does that mean that an official faction can change an independent player's reputation to hostile without reason, since that is the way it sounds?

I believe that they said you need to give them evidence.
Evidence is not produced without reason.

For once, and I hate it, I think the same as N00bl3t, some sort of role play isn't good enough.
But, I really think that the admins understand about that, and they are not going to change reputations for small problems.
