Sure, when I was pirating in a group consisting of a gunboat, bomber and 3 fighters the other day, and a BS, cruiser and 3 fighters dropped out of the lane, I could've went "// THIS UNFAIR U R GANKING ME" or whatever the excuse is these days. Why though? We fought them and routed them in the end instead, killing the cruiser and the fighters, even though another BS and a couple fighters came in after us during that. Eventually the bomber support arrived and we even ran off both battleships.
But no, why? I could have whined and ended it quickly, right?
I don't whine ingame. If someone is breaking a rule, I explain it to him or I report depending on the situation. If I need to vent, skype is there for me. Wish people would do the same rather than resort to the same trial by forum or double slash expletives ingame as they usually do...

Really now? I understand that everyone is here to have fun, and being blown up in a matter of seconds when you get snac'd a million times isn't fun for some people, but don't be idiots. If you go into the HOME SYSTEM of your factions ENEMY then you have NO EXCUSE.

play an Liberty Rogue for 1 year, active in NY only, and dont whine when ever enemy have 5 caps after you.
do that, and you will know you will want fairness in a game.

Try 20 minutes with the LR- tag. It is like a lolcap magnet I swear to god, they just come and chase you into Whitney. But then we get our Barghests and crush that ship, but then the other lolcaps see action is going on and flood into California.
Like Dab said, trying being on the unlawful side in Liberty.

I don't think it takes year. I play a Unioner in a Waran who gets run down by battleships. Rheinland, Liberty and on one occasion, bounty hunters battleships as well as fleets of their little minions. Non of these occasions took place in a house's home system.
I don't really mind it if they do it the right way. You should have rules of engagement which are fair play in regard to the rules of the server. i.e, they obey them. I can hope for no more.
I know no quarter will be given and I expect non.
If it happens, I'll fight, dock, run or die. I don't have to stay and get upset about it. I can move to another system. I don't have to stay in that vacinity. I may even do something really wild and change character!
It's no fun incidentally for the five caps who shoot the LF.
Hmm..I have to qualify that last statement with the prefix "I believe" because if it is, I must be missing something. :unsure:
I would say that if you don't hang around for them to shoot you, it's no fun for them so at some point, they'll stop but in my experience, theres always one...

A Rogue in Liberty is NOT what I am talking about. Parts of Liberty are Rogues home turf, and LPI shouldn't be chasing you into Rogue territory.
