Hmm, sounds like a good idea to me. Connecticut seems like the place to do it, so you don't have to worry about different factions and stuff.
I got a LF, HF, and Bomber which can get to that system fairly easily. I'd definitely come play for a while.
Would this be a repeated thing? Like once a month have a session for the new people? I'm not exactly sure now fast people join the server, so I unno.

I am happy that so many people offer their help. So this will take place in Conecticut but the exact time is unknown. It will be in sunday. Please post time suggestions (GTM). Also i want to repeat this every 2 or 3 weeks. Also please tell about this to all new players you encounter in the game.
P.S.: Please post in what type of ship you will come.

Ive been searching forums for other mistakes that new players do, so sunday program should be like this:
Jousting + engine kill, explaining why is LF > VHF > bomber, maybe some basic GB vs GB or bomber vs cap battle, weapon groups,anti lolwuting, anti lolcap, how to pirate and defend traders (if you dont know what i mean go here http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=53197)
So we need LF, 2 HF or VHF, 2 GB, 1 or 2 CAPS, 1 trader and 1 smuggler (please bring like 5 units of random goods and 5 units of contraband (5 units should be few enough so authorities wont cause problems))
Post what ship you can bring, in case of more than 1 ship available, i will choose ok?

It was very popular. In addition to an event, you might consider flight training to players by appointment via forums. Nice way to make money and support the Community.
