I don't know where you get that capital ships from, but while we keep destroying them, they pop up like nothing happened (and keep dying with the same pity if no more)

OC ZOI was already reduced when Hessians and Mollies were removed from their Allies list. Removing Rogues from their list 'd close OCs in Taus and Sigmas only, what isnt really realistic because OCs are one two greatest Pirate groups which also have greater influence across sirius.
Though i must admit. Ind OCs in Liberty are nothing but a fail. Just like most of them on entire server.
